Terms of service

Who we are. NS Stats is a Roblox analytics service operated by Navoj Studios (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at The_TomeQ@proton.me. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

What the service does. You install a script in your own Roblox experience. It sends gameplay events — joins, sessions, purchases, funnel steps — to NS Stats, and we show them back to you as analytics. We also read public information about your games from Roblox's own APIs. We do not change your game or take anything from it beyond the events your script sends.

Signing in. You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API token private — anyone who has it can send events as you. Tell us at once if you think it has leaked and we will roll it.

Acceptable use. Do not resell or share access, send invented or tampered event data, try to reach another customer's data, probe the service for weaknesses without permission, or use NS Stats to do anything that breaks Roblox's own rules. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

Accuracy. Several figures are estimates and are labelled as such in the dashboard — concurrent-player peaks and forecasts in particular are derived from batched data and are not exact. Do not rely on NS Stats as your only or authoritative record for anything that matters financially or legally. We give no warranty that every number is correct.

Availability. We work to keep the service running but do not promise any specific uptime, and we may change, pause or withdraw features. If we discontinue the paid service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have already paid for.

Our liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost revenue or data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms. If we change them in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before the change applies to your next renewal. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and any dispute is subject to its courts. This does not remove consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Privacy

Who controls your data. Navoj Studios is the data controller for your NS Stats account. For the Roblox player data your game sends, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf under these terms.

What we collect. From Discord when you sign in: your user ID, username and avatar. From your game: the analytics events your script sends — Roblox player IDs, join and leave times, session lengths, country codes, purchases, funnel steps and milestones. From Roblox's public APIs: details about your experiences, and — for the Robux option — the username, ID, avatar and game-pass ownership of the account you ask us to verify.

What we never hold. Card numbers: card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and never reach our servers. Your Roblox Open Cloud key, if you use the DataStore tools, stays in your browser for the session and is sent with each request — it is never written to our database or logs.

Why we hold it. To show you your analytics, to bill you and grant access, and to send the Discord alerts you turn on. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us. Supabase (database hosting, EU region), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (card payments), Discord (sign-in and alert delivery), and Roblox's public APIs (game and account lookups). Each acts under its own terms.

How long we keep it. Analytics events are kept while your account is active and for 30 days after it closes, then deleted. Raw funnel events are rolled up into daily totals within about a day and the raw rows are dropped. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing, by writing to The_TomeQ@proton.me. If a Roblox player asks you to erase their data, contact us and we will remove it. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data-protection regulator.

Cancellation & refunds

Card subscription ($14.99 / month)

The free trial. The first 3 days cost nothing. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged. We remind you by Discord before the first payment.

Cancelling. Go to Settings → Billing and click cancel. It works at any time, including during the trial, in one step — you never have to email us or give a reason. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops.

Refunds. If you cancel part-way through a paid month we do not normally refund the remainder, because you keep full access until it ends. If the service was genuinely broken for you, write to us and we will put it right, which may include a refund.

UK/EU right to cancel. You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting the service straight away you ask us to begin within that period and agree you will be charged only for what you have used if you then cancel.

Price changes. $14.99 per month is what you keep paying while subscribed. If we raise it we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel instead.

Robux option (R$ 5,500 / 30 days)

How it works. You buy the “1 Month” game pass on Roblox, then tell us which Roblox account bought it. We check ownership with Roblox and, if it checks out, grant 30 days of access bound to that Roblox account. One purchase unlocks one NS Stats login; a Roblox account that has already unlocked one login cannot unlock another.

It does not renew. The Robux option cannot charge you again. When the 30 days run out, access stops until you buy the pass again. There is no trial on this option, because a trial needs a card we can stop.

Refunds are Roblox's. Roblox takes the payment under its own terms and keeps its platform fee. Game-pass purchases on Roblox are generally final; Roblox may consider a refund only in narrow cases — broadly, within 7 days and if the pass has not been used — and that decision is Roblox's, not ours. Because verifying the pass grants access immediately, we treat the pass as used once access is granted. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we will help.

If verification fails. If your Roblox inventory is private we cannot see the pass; make it public for a moment and try again. If you believe you own the pass but cannot get verified, write to The_TomeQ@proton.me and we will sort it manually.

Questions about any of this go to The_TomeQ@proton.me.
